Hello,

I am attempting to run some statistics on my outlook folders.

I've navigated to the Kutools Plus tool bar and selected Statistics.

I've selected "All Folders" for the Outlook Folders option.

For Statistics period, I selected

11/01/2021 to 12/20/2021
Left "Emails sent or received during this time" unchecked
All of the days of the week are checked
Left "Emails only with specified category" unchecked

When I click Ok a stats page comes up with "0" in all of the items.

When I close the stats page, there is a smaller window behind it with the title "fmStatsProgress", "Statistics Processing....", and nothing is happening in that window.

Thoughts on why this is occuring?

So sorry for the trouble. Could you please tell me the information about your mail box? Is it exchange, pop, or IMAP?

Thanks for the information. We've tried on the setting you gave us, but the Statistics feature works well.

So, can you please check if you have ticked the option: Use Cached Exchange Mode to download email to an Outlook data file
